Short Vent Dryer Vent Cleaning

Short vents need love too! And just because you have a short vent, that does not mean your immune to a dryer fire. As of this date of January 1st, 2026, in the last 4 years, I personally know of at least two dryer fires that happened here in Florida that the dryer was connected to a short vent! One of them was in Sarasota in January of 2022, while the other was located in Titusville in February 2024. We offer a whopping $30 off if you have a short vent! Your vent must be within 3ft to qualify. This does NOT include your connector hose. Many people think short vent’s do NOT need preventative maintenance, they do! Additionally, albeit it’s relatively easy to clean a short vent, we still include our complete service, an inspection, cleaning out the short vent, the vent’s cover & taking apart your dryer and cleaning that out also! As I see it, there’s 3 ways to clean your dryer. Hire us, or a dryer vent company like us, that does that half of the service. Attempt to take apart the dryer yourself and clean it yourself. Lastly, you could hire an appliance repairman to come out and do it. From speaking with appliance repairman, it seems like the average cost to just take apart the dryer and clean any and all flammable lint is between $174-$245 depending on who you call and what model dryer you have & they are only clean the dryer not the vent!
