We are happy to book appointments via Call, text or email. During the booking process, we’ll answer & address any & all questions and concerns of yours along with gathering some information from you & asking you a few common questions we ask everyone. When the appointment is set, you’ll get a confirmation text of the details of the appointment from our secondary business line, which you can call or text us on.

The day before the appointment, you can expect to get a friendly reminder text message mid-morning, reminding you of the next day’s appointment. If there’s a gate code &/or the point of contact for the appointment has changed, this would be an ideal time to inform us of that information.

The day of the appointment the office does their best to keep the customers updated if the technician is running on time, early or behind. You can expect to get a phone call from the technician coming out when the technician knows his ETA and is on the way. If we can’t reach you by phone, we’ll text you the ETA. Additionally, if we have a mobile number for you, you’ll receive a picture of the technician so that you can get familiar with his face, before he shows up to your door.

You’ll welcome the technician into your home. The technician will proceed to discuss the expectations & scope of work & then the work will commence. The technician takes numerous before & after photos, which will be shown to you at the end of the service &/ or emailed to you at the conclusion of the service, along with the invoice & checklist report.

At some point during the service, the technician will provide one or more updates & at the conclusion of the service, the technician will go over the findings, pictures and invoice to wrap up. We will always leave your home in a better condition than what we found it in!

A typical appointment lasts an hour to two hours depending on some factors.

Now that both your dryer and vent are clean like new, you can expect efficient & optimal dryer times! If you had excessive dryer times prior, you may likely even see a reduction in your energy bill!

You may also want to inquire with your insurance agent to see if your carrier offers a discount or credit towards your policy because insurance companies are aware that dryer fires are a genuine threat to your home and they may offer this benefit to people who are demonstrating proactive safety measures within your home.

Lastly, most of our customers need to be on a 1-3 year schedule. We “Forward Schedule” up to 3 years in advance! There’s no contract or cancellation fee involved & for people who take advantage, you get a $15 “Forward Schedule Discount”. This is the only time we would combine discounts, if you happen to also qualify one of our other discounts. We’ll pick a date between the time parameters you choose & then we’ll reach out to you 3-4 weeks in advance to not only remind you, but to see if that date still works for both you and us & then we’ll determine the time.

YES, we offer discounts! We offer discounts to veterans, widows & widowers. Additionally, after your first cleaning with us, you will forever get “Loyalty Credit” (discount) as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and continued business, which means, you’ll never pay the full current price!

Lastly, we do offer Group Discounts! We define a group as 3 or more people, so if you’re looking to maximize your discount, get some friends or neighbors involved and book all in the same day to maximize savings!
